One of the regulars in the queue, Chris, alerted me to this card by peter doig from the 2000 show which recently sold at Sothebys in their June 2007 auction for £42,000!!

I also believe that another Peter Doig card was sold at auction in September 2006. If anyone has any details please can they let me know.

yes, see the link below. a doig postcard (bought at the 2000 RCA show) sold at Sotheby's London in Feb 06 for GB9,000.
